  2. A fixed quote in writing. One fee, with exactly what's included. Nothing starts until you've agreed it.
  3. Onboarding in one to two weeks. You sign electronically; I contact your previous accountant, collect your records and set up Revenue and CRO access.
  4. Ongoing support. The same Chartered Accountant every time, replies within one working day, and reminders before every deadline.

Who you'll be dealing with

I'm Kinga Guzikowska, a Chartered Accountant. I trained in Irish practices and worked in industry, and I set up KPG Accounting Services to work the way I think clients are best served: closely, online, and with the same person year after year.

Common questions

I'm not in Dublin. Can I still work with KPG Accounting Services?

Yes. The practice is fully online and works with clients anywhere in Ireland. KPG Accounting Services' own Dublin address is its registered office for correspondence only — there is no client office.

Can you provide a registered office address for my company?

Yes. KPG Accounting Services can provide an Irish registered office address, with official CRO and Revenue post scanned and emailed to you. It's often used by directors who work from home or live outside Ireland. See company secretarial services.

Will I ever need to meet in person?

No. Meetings are by video or phone, arranged to suit you.

How do I switch from my current accountant?

Sign a letter of authority and I handle the rest — professional clearance, your records, and Revenue and CRO agent links. You can switch at any time of year.

How are fees agreed?

Fixed fees, published on the pricing page and confirmed in writing before any work starts.
